Per the owner of the company, Robison will issue a refund check in the amount of $1,to [redacted] , as executor (and mail to [redacted] ***) and retain $for administrative expenses Please forward this information to [redacted] and if it’s acceptable to him we will write up a refund request right away Thank you for your assistance with this matter, [redacted] ***

I spoke to Dave F*, VP of Sales & Marketing, who is familiar with this customer Upon receipt of the complaint, MrF [redacted] was in constant contact with [redacted] *** He did inform [redacted] that Robison did not install the oil tank as he had claimed in his complaintIn addition, the most recent email from [redacted] to Dave is from February **, wher [redacted] stated he would call MrF [redacted] the next day [redacted] did not callSince that time, MrF [redacted] has been reaching out to [redacted] ***, as recently as this past Friday, March *, and has had no response Please advise as how to proceed Thank you, [redacted] ***

As discussed, I have spoken with [redacted] and resolved his complaint We are rebilling his last delivery at the rate of as a concession He has agreed to accept the delivery under these terms

That being said, the fact that the company charged me for an additional year of service against my wishes is information that other consumers should know and consider before deciding which oil company to do business with.

We received a complaint today referenced above. Please be aware that my office has been in communication with *** *** and resolved the issue. We ended up applying a $credit to her account
