Working with this company has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had They are horrible at returning calls, and their installation process is awful They have no standard answers to policy questions in terms of replacing trees, and you will get a different answer depending on who you talk with They may be "cheaper" but the money saved is not worth the hassle at all!

I bought several trees from this business in My order ended up having to be planted at two different times Issues at the first planting were these: (1) they brought white pines that I didn't order and did not send all the Serbian spruce trees I did orderAdditionally, the first planting they sent the wrong size White Spruce trees (2) Sent footers instead of 6-footers This was annoying but they did credit me for the smaller trees and lower tree prices (3) Brought and planted a very tall 4" diameter maple that was clearly dead except for one branch I bitterly complained to the crew chief that the tree was dead and he wouldn't back off that it just hadn't leafed all the way out yet and definitely would It didn't Business never returned any calls concerning this Sent photo of via email too No response (4) Didn't plant a tree where I put the flag to be planted Didn't tell me they were going to plant it feet away from my marker When I saw it was grossly out of place after they were done, the crew chief said he ran into some roots and didn't want to dig anymore where my marker was I was very upset He said he'd move it when he came back with the rest of the Serbian spruces Then the second planting happened Sent the right trees this time but it was a different crew They refused to move the tree planted in the wrong place by the first crew I insisted new crew chief call the owner The owner told them not to move it because it would invalidate the warranty and further the first crew manager should not have told me he would move it because that was not possibleI was given a stern lecture by the owner, via the second crew chief, that it was my fault that I erroneously believed his first crew chief (that he'd move the tree upon return) and didn't call the owner and tell him there was a problem He said he would not move the tree via his crew chiefI then tried to call the owner directly while the second crew chief was still here He would not answer the phone and did not return my call I asked the crew chief to have the owner call me He said he already did and that and he couldn't make him call The owner never returned that call Then one of the Serbian spruce trees started to turn brown immediately and within weeks was dead Called and left messages and sent email with picture, No responseGot *** involved in helping me discover why the tree had died when all the other Serbian spruce trees did well *** folks told me it was not diseased nor did it have pests and the soil was not the issue, but was lack of water that killed it*** concluded the root ball was too small and couldn't get enough water even though enough water was provided (evidence was all the others thrived)This company and it's owner have no integrity

This company claims to have the best prices in the area when in reality they use a deceptive tree sizing policy to sell smaller trees at higher prices, measuring only 6 inches above the base instead of 12. The installers are careless and don't follow company installation policies. They never return calls or remember to call and schedule installation. The trees on the farm are cared for poorly...especially AFTER you give them your money! The worst part about this company is the owner [redacted]. He has no concept of customer service and instead of taking responsibility for a negligent crew he instead chooses to accuse customers of lying.

I bought 5 trees at $500 a piece installed. They tamped them in too hard and covered too deep in mulch. Several trees are partly dead. I've tried and tried to get a response for replacement according to the warranty.
I sent pictures and cared for those trees well. At the time, I don't think that there were negative reviews on-line for them. Now here is just one more.

I am member of a Home Owners Association that has used Advanced roofing to make repairs on 9 different roofs and they have done a excellent job.
I have called in for roof inspections and visited the office on Fairfield Dr.
Everyone in the company has been courteous and professional with our Association members.
The description of work to be done was always clear and easy to understand.
What sold us on them was;
they called to confirm any date and time changes,
there was a clear written scope of work
they matched the shingles
left a clean work area
were willing to work with scheduling of other trades
And give a 6 month warranty.
The warranty means a lot with repair work.
We have not had to call them back, all work was successfully completed.
With the rain we get in this area you are quick to learn that they fixed the leak the first time.
