Schilling-Douglas School of Hair Design

Review: I went into Schilling Douglas on 09/17/2015 to get a wash, deep condition scalp treatment, blow dry and flat iron. The school student mistreated me and was very rude. The student did not finish washing my hair, I was told by instructor Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] that the student could not finish my hair because im black and I hcant geteerviced because of my hair texture and I will not recieve a refund. I had to leave the school with wet hair drenching down my back.

I was charged full price for the service and I did not recieve a refund for the unfinished job. I want this problem resolved by me recieving free service and finishing the job which is a wash, deep condition, blowdry and flat iron.Desired Settlement: I want a apology for their poorly instructed staff and mistreatment, and I want the job finished correctly.

Instructor Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] should be fired for violating company policy.
