In regards to the response from the owner of the restaurant I strongly feel that it was not sufficient? All the letter stated was a apology and there were no funds available to reimburse gift cards? The only acceptable outcome in this case would be a refund for the gift card? When an establishment sells gift cards up to two days before closing its business does not seem fair in my opinion? After reading social media responses and newspaper articles regarding this issue I feel that it is the owners responsibility to reimburse their loyal customers? This case is not over until I receive a full reimbursement

possessed of the necessary funds to continue.At the present time we are exploring options of obtaining the needed operating capital to reopen orplacing it for saleUnfortunately, even though there has been interest in both options, there has notbeen any firm commitments.Please be advised that it is not our intent to ignore this complaintOnce our options have been finalizedThis matter will be settled.Janfes J M***
