We apologize if Ms [redacted] did not receive the information that the device needed to be activated within the appropriate time However, the account was charged $ This is clearly shown on the bill that closed out on June 4th On June 10th, we credited the account for $ The reason there is still a balance is attributable to the fact that Ms [redacted] under paid the bill for $ The amount that was due too be paid was $ The amount paid was actually $ The amount still due was this amount because of a past due balance of $ These credits will show on the bill that Ms [redacted] should receive by July 7th

WARNING DO NOT use Schindler Elevator Corp(Vancouver Office)This company is operated by a team of unprofessional s that only strive for one goal and that is to lock you into a service contract and then disregard basic terms of the agreement such as responsive communication and monthly maintenance scheduled visits in accordance with the British Columbia Safety AuthorityIn we discovered that our elevator had only been visited out of a possible monthsThe lack of maintenance to our equipment has led to continuous deficiencies including having someone trapped in the elevatorUpon a distress call for assistance no service technician was sent out and we were left to handle the emergency on our own When asked how all of this could possibly happen? Our account representative all the way up to the National Sales Manager only made excuses and pointed fingers at each otherWhen asked for termination of contract due to a breach of terms plus a refund on fees for missed maintenance visits, we were denied Instead we were offered a convoluted scheme for price adjustment in year of a year contractAfter continuous demands for termination and refund we were offered a refund solely on the condition we acknowledge that our current contract was still in "good standing"After refusal to sign such an egregious agreement we were told that we were simply bound by the original contract and that upon failure to continue on we would be served by their lawyers?! It is inconceivable a national company would conduct itself in this type of bullying behaviour

C Spire Wireless reserves the right to protect its network by limiting data usage as provided under the terms of the Customer Service AgreementC Spire seeks to continuously improve management of its network and service levels, and at the same time meet customer expectations for data volume, quality and speedCustomers are informed of C Spire’s need to reasonably manage the wireless networkThe customer service agreement provides C Spire the right to limit throughput or amount of data transferred in order to protect the network: C Spire reserves the right to (i) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny Service and/or terminate Service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the Service in any manner prohibited above or whoseusage adversely impacts its network or service levels, and (ii) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flowLikewise, customers are informed that C Spire may amend or cancel a service plan at any time, upon thirty days’ notice: Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties, except that amendments may be tendered with thirty (30) days' notice to Customer (included with a bill or otherwise) and use by Customer of Service after such notice period shall be construed as and be acceptance of such amendmentC Spire may cancel a Service plan upon thirty (30) days' notice at any time In accordance with the customer service agreement, C Spire sent Ms [redacted] a notice of planned amendment of her service planIn fact, C Spire discontinued offering its unlimited plans in November of C Spire is working towards the orderly migration of its legacy unlimited customers to rolling data plans, such as the 6GB rolling data plan offered to Ms [redacted] Under this plan, any portion of allotted data not used in a given month is rolled to the next month, up to a cumulative maximum amount of 6GB rolled into any billing cycle Data passes are available for purchase, as necessary, for additional data

We understand Ms [redacted] ' concerns C Spire is working within the guidelines of its' terms and conditions We hope that we can work with Ms [redacted] to find the right plan for her However, we can no longer support her on her current plan

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been a loyal customer of this company for almost years! To not have this issue resolved and to be forced to PAY MORE FOR A LOT LESS is horrible customer serviceI will not recommend this company, and when my contracts are up I will be moving all of my lines!!!!Regards, [redacted]

C Spire is contacted Ms [redacted] today We do not typically have this type of problems with phones We will discuss all possible options with Ms [redacted] and work out the best alternative

I want to warn other potential customers of Schindler Elevator to be aware of an auto renewal policy We had the unfortunate experience of having a FIVE year auto renew plan (it's true we didn't read the contract as carefully as we should have) When we discontinued the use of our office dumb waiter in 2010, I asked to have the maintenance agreement cancelled Schindler Elevator refused and continued to charge us with steadily increasing prices for the remaining four years of our contract for an elevator we no longer even used No services were provided in exchange for these payments - it was just easy money for them I found their customer service representative to be very rude

The lack of maintenance to our equipment has led to continuous deficiencies including having someone trapped in the elevator. Upon a distress call for assistance no service technician was sent out and we were left to handle the emergency on our own. When asked how all of this could possibly happen? Our account representative all the way up to the National Sales Manager only made excuses and pointed fingers at each other. When asked for termination of contract due to a breach of terms plus a refund on fees for missed maintenance visits, we were denied.
