I paid Kelsey up front for wedding photography and a video for my 8/20/21 wedding. On 8/8/21 at 11:46 pm she messaged me canceling on me because she was going to have to do her other job. At that time she told me she’d refund Half my money that week and the other half two weeks later. It’s been two years, multiple messages, and multiple lies and false promises to pay me back and I’ve received NOTHING. In June I messaged her stating I would be filling a court claim and she responded that we could settle outside of court because they allow payment plans and she would pay me $50/week until it was paid off. No surprise almost two months after this agreement I have still received nothing. This is A TERRIBLE way to run a business and treat people.
