Hello my name is Glenn, I try to offer my opinion, and time constantly, most times I
do not qualify, but on the occasion I do qualify, they continuously close the study or some other excuse:
I’m sorry I do not believe in coincidences, and I would reall like to know how, the only studies I pre-qualify for are the studies that are “cancelled”.
I don’t know just wish it wasn’t so fishy to me. This company knows time is money, and I have wasted plenty of time.


Review: I was not paid fully for a research study that I had done for this company. I had signed up to be part of a cough and cold marketing research study. I was told I would be paid $200 for doing a five day video diary. I was later called test to see if I would like to do a post-diary interview, for an additional $75. I readily accepted. The five day video journal was very extensive, 30 to 60 minutes a night was required. But $200 seem to be a fair compensation for the work done. I would also like to note that I have a receipt of this transaction, and it is clearly said that it is $200 gift card for a video diary. And I would also like to note that this company uses reward cards, even though my receipts that I would be paid in the gift card. Reward cards are not under the jurisdiction and recently made laws of gift cards; hence they do have a expiration date.The interview is not mentioned on my receipt. I presented this receipt to their senior marketing manager, and she has preceded to argue with me concerning the $75 that is owed to me. It took over a month and a half to get my gift cards, one of which I have lost. They used to pay in cash or check for my time. It is all funny business: not getting what I was promised and getting these fake gift cards, that have expiration dates.Desired Settlement: Of my promised $75, and a re-issue of a card worth $75. Please issue me the $125 owed and take me off your list for any New Jersey studies. I have no interest in working with your company again.



We reviewed the events and see there was an email sent to [redacted] in error, since she did receive this email we are going to send her a gift card for the additional $75.00. She is also stating she lost another gift card for the $75.00, we will stop that card and reissue a new one in it's place. We will be sending these gift cards in 10 - 12 business days.



I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.



Review: I was invited to participate as an expert in a focus group. I confirmed attendance. When I arrived, they aid they didn't have record of it. I called MULTIPLE times to the local and corporate office, emailing details as well. THey said the confirmation was there, but they hadn't proceeded it. I am due the focus group compensation. THey said they would resolve but are still not responding. I am pasting the trail of conversation:

I’m writing to ask for yourDesired Settlement: $50 (the original payment was suposed to be $250. THey have taken hours of my time, including an onsite visit to their SF office and continue to leave me hanging



The consumer did received her check and she cashed it on Sept 3

Review: I provided professional consulting service and Schlesinger has not paid me. Every time I inquiry about my payment, I'm being told it was mailed and due to the east coast winter storm is the reason for the delay. It's been 2 months.Desired Settlement: Payment for services. $125.00
