Review: I DO ONLINE STUDYS FOR THIS COMPANY. IVE EMAILED THEM AT SUPPORT MANY TIMES ABOUT ISSUES IM HAVING AND THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE RESPONDED. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. MY ACCOUNT IS A MESS AND THEY WONT UPDATE MY STUDYS AND THEY OWE ME PTS. THEY DONT RESPOND TO ANY FROM OF CONTACT I HAVE TRIED,SUPPORT,PHONE ETC...Desired Settlement: SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME AND EXPLAIN WHY MY ACCOUNT IS SUCH A MESS AND WHY THEY DONT RESPOND AND TREAT THERE MEMBERS LIKE CRAP. THANK YOU I ALSO WANT THE PTS OWED TO ME.

Review: I participated in a at home interview with Schlesinger and Associates On October **. I was told I would receive a [redacted] gift card for $300 for my time within 3 to 4 weeks. 7 weeks later I received a [redacted] gift card for only $170. I emailed Schlesinger and Associates at the begging of December about this error and was told I would be getting another [redacted] card for the remaining $125 within the next 7 to 10 days. It's now been over 3 weeks since they called me and I still haven't received my [redacted] card. I emailed them last week about this problem but they haven't contacted me.

I'm enclosing the confirmation letter they send to me for the interview on October **. [redacted] .Desired Settlement: Because they didn't deliver the proper amount to me and didn't get it to me in the 3 to 4 weeks promised, I would like to be given an extra amount because I was depending on that money for Christmas presents to my niece, nephew and grandson. They were in to see me at Christmas and, because Schlesinger didn't get me my [redacted] card as promised, my niece, nephew and grandson, all under 6 years old are trying figure out why Santa Claus didn't give them the presents I promised them. They ruined these kids' Christmas.
