Schlosser Signs Inc

My father owns a restaurant in Greeley. My father only speaks Spanish and so I had helped with the communication between Schlosser and my father. We had made a decision on getting the sign for the restaurant made and paid a deposit for the sign. We were told that the sign would take about 4 weeks to build and install. After about 2 1/2 months, we finally had the sign installed. During the process it took so much effort on my part to simply get in touch with someone to even give me a status update on when the sign would go up. Every time I'd call I'd get to sent to voicemail after voicemail. Then finally the day came for it to go up. Not but 1 week later, the entire sign fell and broke. Let me repeat myself 2 1/2 months we waited for the sign to go up, we were only supposed to wait a few weeks, then the entire sign came crashing down. They initially tried to tell us that it wasn't covered. Finally after discussing the issue with people over the phone and people that came out, they made us a new sign. It wasn't but the next day after the 2nd sign was installed, they began calling us for payment. The lady stated that the terms are due upon receipt and had the audacity to ask me when she could expect to see a check. We had already paid them for 1/2 of the sign and they went over their time frame by 3 1/2 months! Then immediately wanted payment from my father. I have never done business with anyone that caused such a headache before. I would volunteer to have multiple root canals done before even considering doing business with them again.
