You helped me on a recent dispute that I had with AAA New MexicoNot only have they ignored the Revdex.com settlement that I agreed on as of Sunday morning, they canceled my car insuranceI agreed to pay $14.70, which I did on the same day of the settlementI'm attaching a pdf of their correspondence regarding this non-settlement, cancellation of my car insurance notice, and a copy of the Revdex.com online dispute.I now consider AAA New Mexico as defrauding me and I demand that my insurance be reinstated immediately and that AAA New Mexico honor the $payment offer that I agreed on through the Revdex.comOtherwise, I will be taking this directly to the Insurance Fraud Department of New Mexico.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: AAA refused to provide the Las Cruces, New Mexico Mobile Battery Service that AAA is now reporting to the Revdex.com was available to meDespite AAA's claim to the Revdex.com that a service provider in Las Cruces was available to provide Mobile Battery Service to me, AAA had an El Paso, Texas service provider call me, who said there is no way AAA will be providing me with the advertised Mobile Battery ServiceThe battery I requested/received a quote for, is a standard battery on the shelves of ***, *** *** etcThe battery I received the quote for is the correct battery for the small block engine that is in the collector car I own, the body of which is a HudsonAgain, this is a standard battery on the shelves of ***, *** *** etcThis information was clearly explained in detail to the AAA call centerAAA reported they would tow the car but there would be a feeThe AAA internet app for Mobile Battery Service ( *** ) clearly indicated the following was available to me as a member located in the U.S. AAA Battery service utilizes state-of-the-art technology to quickly and accurately diagnose your battery-related problemsBest of all, we come to you, whether at home, the office, or on the roadDesigned with our members in mind, AAA Battery Service is another example of AAA's commitment to provide legendary service to our membersAAA Battery Service provides: Testing of the battery and charging system Installation of a high-quality AAA Battery (if purchased)6-year limited warranty with a 3-year free replacement period Mobile warranty service that comes to you, available throughout the U.Sand Canada The AAA internet app is plain and simple, advertising.Regards,

Dear Ms. [redacted]: Information concerning the above complaint has been brought to my attention.  It is my understanding that one of our AAA New Mexico members was in need of Mobile Battery Service on September 20, 2017 in...

Deming, New Mexico and that she was told Mobile Battery Service was not available at her location. AAA Mobile Battery Service is only available in select areas during select hours.  This fact is published twice yearly in the “Journey” magazine, which is mailed free to all AAA New Mexico members.  Additionally, the availability disclaimer is included within the webpage where the AAA New Mexico member obtained an Instant Quote for a replacement battery.  AAA New Mexico does not currently have a Mobile Battery Service provider based in Deming, however we are continually expanding our network of Mobile Battery Service providers.  In the past, AAA New Mexico has been able to offer Mobile Battery Service to members in the Deming area through our contracted Mobile Battery Service provider in Las Cruces.  Prior to declining service to the member, our Telephone Receiver could have inquired about the possibility of obtaining service through Las Cruces.  Additionally, the Instant Quote that was forwarded as part of this complaint indicates that the battery price quote obtained by the member was for a Chevrolet Camaro and Mobile Battery Service providers generally do have batteries for such vehicles in stock and available.  When the member called for service on September 20, however, she stated she needed Mobile Battery Service for a “1940 Hudson Super Six Sedan” and, unfortunately batteries for this vehicle are not available through the Mobile Battery Service program. When Mobile Battery Service is not available in a specific area, or when the requested battery may not be available, AAA New Mexico members are offered towing to a repair facility where members may purchase a battery.  This option was given to the member and she declined. If we can be of any further assistance in resolving this matter, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.

narrative explanation of our findings and address your concerns over the balance of $170.00 you were charged for the additional ERS service calls. We appreciate our members' feedback and thank you for your membership.
In your statement to the Revdex.com, you stated AAA billed you for 2 service calls that you were unaware you would be charged. In reviewing the roadside activity on this account, we determined there were duplicate calls reported by club 036 which incremented the entitlements and resulted in billing.
To rectify the incorrect billing we allowed the billable calls. They were 11/3/16 #[redacted] and 10/3/16 #[redacted]. There is now a zero balance due and the membership has now reactivated.
The primary member is at the 4 call limit until the expiration date of 9/15/17. The adult associate has all 4 service calls available.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your membership.
