Review: I had my entire lawn dug up , had them haul in new black dirt, fill in areas of missing black dirt around house and reseed the lawn this was done last late October, they did not use black dirt they used brown dirt.......the lawn has started to come in and it is 90% weeds. there are many spots of no grass just weeds. [redacted] installed the lawn on October 22,2013. Ms [redacted] failed to pay her invoice after repeated phone calls and emails. consequently she was sued in small claims court for payment and she did make payment in full. because she did not pay per contract terms all warranties for work done are void. Ms. [redacted] never contacted Schmalz regarding problems with the lawn this spring but we do want to work with her on correcting any discrepancies. on 6/2/14 Schmalz inspected the lawn and upon that inspection it was determined the grass is growing but needs to be mowed and fertilized on a more consistent basis. To help the lawn fill in Schmalz applied fertilizer, seed, and filled in two low areas on 6/3/14. Ms. [redacted] will be sent lawn care instructions in the mail on 6/4/14 and as long as she follows these instructions the lawn will be fine. if she has questions she should contact [redacted]
