Wish there was a minus to giveThey sold me the car I wanted but the lies that I was told showed up laterRead everything twice before signing anything from this companyMake sure they don’t give you a insurance you don’t want and that you actually get the money promised for your exchange carStill haven’t got my second key and I still haven’t got the 2500$ they charged me for an insurance I didn’t want, since my car still have factory insuranceThis is a bunch of crocks so before you do any business with them make sure to look around to others

I found a vehicle that I was interested in through Big M in Elizabethtown KYI drove almost hours to test drive this vehicleI went home and thought it iver and decided that I wanted to purchase this vehicleI called the lot back on a Monday after driving it just the passed SaturdayI called the lot and asked for a price the drive the vehicle off the lotThe quoted me a figure that was dollars above the price listedI asked them about it and they said that they charge you dollars if you do not finance through themSo they habe a price listed, but if you don't finance through them they raise the price This was not told to me at any point and would not have been told to me if I had not asked for a breakdown of the figure

I purchased a CPO Jeep Wrangler ( approximate mileage 54,) on 2/weeks after purchase 3/12, the vehicle started overheating and leaking floodI contacted the dealership and warranty companyI was advised that the vehicle was covered by the manufacturer warranty and that the car would need to be towed to the nearest Jeep dealershipOn Monday 3/I was notified that the repairs would not be covered by neither the "Forever" warranty ( because the issues weren't covered) nor the manufacturerAfter further investigation I was informed that the manufacturer warranty was void because the proper steps were not followed to have the vehicle certified to cross the border since it was from Canada(Which I was never told)I believe that the dealership was aware of the issues and I was given information regarding the manufacturer warrantyI contacted the dealership and spoke with both the salesman as well as the sales manager and was told that they were not responsibl

I bought a *** from Big M pre owned in Elizabethtown in the end of November I was promised a second key, never received, $ was charged for an insurance indid not want or approve, so the 5th of dec I was promised the money would be paid back to the loan at *** bankThis has still not happened and after trying to reach this company by email I still haven’t got any answer on when this money will be paid back

I bought a used car from this dealership on March 4th March 6th the check engine light came on It has now been in the shop, either theirs or the Dodge dealer's four times They will not stand behind the car Very disappointed in them!

I had a leaking brake line and took it in for repairsI was told that the rear left brake line had to be replaced and that they had to drop the fuel tank in order to put it onThey quoted me out the doorThey charged me I later had brake problems and had to have my brake pads replaced along with the rear rotorsWhile getting this done by a company that does brake work only I asked them about the lines because Big M said it looked like the others would be going bad soon, so I thought I would get a second opinionI was surprised when I was told that the brake lines were ok and that there was no need to drop the fuel tankThe mechanic also showed me the lines and none of them were newI also looked where the brake line was leaking by the caliper and realized that the only line that needed replace was a short line going from the brake hose to the caliperI know this by seeing the leak on the ground next to the caliper prior to taking the vehicle in

I was enticed into this dealership by an advertised price of $for a brand new chevy sparkWhen I arrived, they told me that the advertised price was incorrect and that their internet pricing manager, "doesn't know what they are looking at." I asked them to honor the price and they made no attempt to do soThey didn't even offer to meet me partway (between what they wanted and what was advertised)This price has been advertised for at least hours and, judging by the quick and polished reply to my request, they have been handling this complaint for that whole timeIt appears that they are happy to leave the misleading price posted in order to draw buyers in, then give them the excuse that is just a mistake

On July 14, 2017, I contacted Rex Sewer Service to check out a leak on a rental property at *** *** *** He said he checked the faucet and all it needed was gut replacement Well, the faucet has been leaking ever since so I contacted him on October 19, 2017, to return to see what the problem was He said he would contact me back to make an appointment with the renter He never returned the phone call and I have tried contacting him again on October 20, When he sees your name on his answering service and he doesn't want to respond, he will not call you back I learned that from previous experience with him He did not repair the faucet so I had to contact another plumber He showed me the inside of the faucet and it showed that it was entirely stripped from a constant leak, so the device he placed inside the faucet would not repair it The faucet had to be completely replaced I have had other problems with this man, but I wanted to give business to the ***
