This is not...
what was agreed upon with Tim T[redacted] on 7/29/15 approximately 6:15pm when he and I spoke live for the first time since I initially contacted him. Tom agree to add soil and re-seed, cover with straw as was initially done for the areas on the sides of the apron at the very end of the driveway and at the distal corners of the actual drive itself. This was not to "make her happy." This is to fix a defect. Topsoil, seed and straw (hay?) all discussed and all agreed upon. Perhaps this was not well communicated to Tom's wife, Tammy T[redacted].
Work has been completed as of today
