I lived here from 2013-2014. It was terrible from the moment I moved in. My apartment smelled like smoke when I moved in and the carpet was in terrible condition. I had to send them a certified letter requesting new carpet before they would replace the carpet. Then they asked me not to tell any of my neighbors I got new carpet... I also had to deal with a cockroach and pigeon infestations. I requested pest control services and it didn't make a difference at all. Additionally, I had a bedbug infestation that I had to handle on my own. When I requested inspection, they claimed they found nothing and left my couch cushions on the floor after the inspection. On top of all this, when I moved out, they sent me erroneous charges for unpaid rent. I'm still dealing with this nightmare of an apartment complex as I fight to have these charges removed from my credit report.
I been living in the cinnabar apartments for years, The first year I was hear I notified the manager of the cinnabar about the leaking ceiling nothing was done about itOn 12-22-there was a storm it was around 3am that my wife got and notice that the floor had about an 1/inch of water in the floor, she got me up I got some pales to put down, we have videos of the incident, There was a another incident about months ago the hot water heater was malfunctioning and took a week to get it fixed, we didn't have hot water for that duration, we also had small children visitingThere was another incident we didn't have water for around days we were going to relative house to shower and use the bathroom
