Schmidt-Roessle Property Management

Review: [redacted] of [redacted] Property Management, LLC in Jersey City, NJ entered into a lease with me in September of 2013. Since that time, Mr. [redacted] has let himself in the home I am renting from him without notice, used my electricity without permission, sold the home after promising to renew my lease, repeatedly harassed me through text messages and phone calls, and changed the locks before the keys could be turned in (thereby breaking his word to hand me a check for my deposit at the same time). Mr. [redacted] is unprofessional, unethical and untruthful. He also broke the law: Mr. [redacted] did not provide me with the name and account information of the financial institution where my deposit was being held. I am strongly considering retaining counsel to deal with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my full deposit refunded back to me ($1300.00)
