WORST SERVICE! BE ADVISED TERRIBLE PERSON, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRENDOUS BUSINESS SKILLS… and this was supposed to be stress free for my Wedding day I requested the services of Attorney Andrew S [redacted] for my WEDDING CEREMONY The firm looked legit so my Fiancé called and set the services up My Fiancé said he told me that he had to tell the secretary three times the info and correct spelling of my name Upon receipt of the terribly done (spelling errors/terrible grammar and all) paperwork sent, my last name was incorrect, the ceremony location was in the wrong county (Marathon park and Marathon City are two different locations), and the address wasn't filled in I called to pay the balance and give correct info The secretary didn't have either of us (my incorrect name and all) on file, she didn't know how much I was being charged for a standard cost, tried to get off the line and I told her she might want to know where to send this attorney for the servicesA few hours later I received a voicemail later that day from Attorney Andrew S [redacted] to call him back/nothing else specifying why he was calling meI called back while in between traveling to jobs Attorney Andrew S [redacted] answered the phone addressing me by the wrong name (ex: Kelly VS Kimmie /two different but close) I corrected it again He started off by saying "your Fiancé doesn't know where he is at." I asked for an explanation as I thought I heard him wrong he repeated it and didn't have the guts to explain himself probably wasn't meant in a positive way He blamed my Fiancé for the wrong location and no address I let it go and gave an excuse to make this unprofessional attorney feel better about the error and stated that I didn't let my Fiancé assist with the wedding planning so sorry for the mix up He stated, "oh no, I would ADVISE against that," blah blahHe then was telling me blah blah how we drove past for whatever reason visiting blah blah He then asked what kind of service I wanted I told him very short and to the point He stated he "ADVISED against that" as he would recommend blah blah WHO CARES I WASN'T PAYING HIM TO ADVISE ANYTHING but do his job which is what I was paying for I had to go to my second job so I politely told him sorry for cutting it short but I had to go to workWe had concerns of this Attorney saying my name wrong at the wedding service and embarrassing us while ruining our big day or not showing up at all and going to the wrong location His Contract also had a clause in it that stated if he was unable to perform the ceremony, “he might make other arrangements to get someone else to perform the services,” and the full amount might or might not be refunded at that point I had my Fiancé cancel the very next day THREE WEEKS LATER, this attorney still kept my money My fiancé had to call to get the amount credited back as it wasn't being done THEFT! The Attorney gave him a hard time, misplaced the paperwork and card info and was now taking 2% from the amount due to the credit card fees he had to pay (WHICH WASN'T IN HIS TERRIBLY DONE CONTRACT) I called Attorney Andrew S [redacted] on my lunch break to fix this I was talking to the secretary Hannah as she passed the phone to the attorney He started to talk over me and yell that he didn't even know who I was or what I was talking about My information should have been on file once again but their record keeping is beyond horrendous I gave my name again, then he started to yell and said, "Yeah, I remember you! yeah, you’re the one that your Fiancé didn't know he was getting married!" AGAIN NOT SURE WHY THE RUDE COMMENTS! I was trying to ask him why he was taking out the 2% for the credit card fees as that wasn't stated in the contact and the cancellation was done prior to days of event as he asked He started shouting at me stating I WASN'T LISTENING that he was sending the money in a check form as he lost our credit card information and couldn't credit back the card HE mentioned that the 2% was for not knowing the credit card number as he didn’t have that paperworkI was asking if we were getting the full amount and he kept talking over me yelling that I WASN'T LISTENING and I had to stop talking and listen to him as he said he was sending me a check I stated I just wanted to know if I was getting the full amount backHe was shouting about how I wasn't listening and I needed to stop talking so he could explain it and he was sending the full amount back and that my Fiancé didn't know we were getting married and it was his fault and he blamed his secretary for losing the papers then hung up on meI was not impressed with how he couldn’t take responsibility for his own actions, he was advising me when it wasn’t his place and tried to take over my wedding planning, said rude comments about the man I am to marry in a few months, and then when we were not under obligation to him he was not the same person he was when he was taking my money He wrongfully kept my money from me and put up a fight when he was to give it back He was unorganized and unprofessional the entire time No one should be treated this way, especially by someone that is supposed to be a professional and states all over the website FRIENDLY servicesBE ADVISED TERRIBLE PERSON, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRENDOUS BUSINESS SKILLS

WORST SERVICE! BE ADVISED TERRIBLE PERSON, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRENDOUS BUSINESS SKILLS… and this was supposed to be stress free for my Wedding day. I requested the services of Attorney Andrew S[redacted] for my WEDDING CEREMONY. The firm looked legit so my Fiancé called and set the services up. My Fiancé said he told me that he had to tell the secretary three times the info and correct spelling of my name. Upon receipt of the terribly done (spelling errors/terrible grammar and all) paperwork sent, my last name was incorrect, the ceremony location was in the wrong county (Marathon park and Marathon City are two different locations), and the address wasn't filled in. I called to pay the balance and give correct info. The secretary didn't have either of us (my incorrect name and all) on file, she didn't know how much I was being charged for a standard cost, tried to get off the line and I told her she might want to know where to send this attorney for the services.
A few hours later I received a voicemail later that day from Attorney Andrew S[redacted] to call him back/nothing else specifying why he was calling me. I called back while in between traveling to jobs. Attorney Andrew S[redacted] answered the phone addressing me by the wrong name (ex: Kelly VS Kimmie /two different but close). I corrected it again. He started off by saying "your Fiancé doesn't know where he is at." I asked for an explanation as I thought I heard him wrong. he repeated it and didn't have the guts to explain himself. probably wasn't meant in a positive way. He blamed my Fiancé for the wrong location and no address. I let it go and gave an excuse to make this unprofessional attorney feel better about the error and stated that I didn't let my Fiancé assist with the wedding planning so sorry for the mix up. He stated, "oh no, I would ADVISE against that," blah blah. He then was telling me blah blah how we drove past for whatever reason visiting blah blah. He then asked what kind of service I wanted. I told him very short and to the point. He stated he "ADVISED against that" as he would recommend blah blah. WHO CARES I WASN'T PAYING HIM TO ADVISE ANYTHING but do his job which is what I was paying for. I had to go to my second job so I politely told him sorry for cutting it short but I had to go to work.
We had concerns of this Attorney saying my name wrong at the wedding service and embarrassing us while ruining our big day or not showing up at all and going to the wrong location. His Contract also had a clause in it that stated if he was unable to perform the ceremony, “he might make other arrangements to get someone else to perform the services,” and the full amount might or might not be refunded at that point. I had my Fiancé cancel the very next day. THREE WEEKS LATER, this attorney still kept my money. My fiancé had to call to get the amount credited back as it wasn't being done. THEFT! The Attorney gave him a hard time, misplaced the paperwork and card info and was now taking 2% from the amount due to the credit card fees he had to pay (WHICH WASN'T IN HIS TERRIBLY DONE CONTRACT)
I called Attorney Andrew S[redacted] on my lunch break to fix this. I was talking to the secretary Hannah as she passed the phone to the attorney. He started to talk over me and yell that he didn't even know who I was or what I was talking about. My information should have been on file once again but their record keeping is beyond horrendous. I gave my name again, then he started to yell and said, "Yeah, I remember you! yeah, you’re the one that your Fiancé didn't know he was getting married!" AGAIN NOT SURE WHY THE RUDE COMMENTS! I was trying to ask him why he was taking out the 2% for the credit card fees as that wasn't stated in the contact and the cancellation was done prior to 30 days of event as he asked. He started shouting at me stating I WASN'T LISTENING that he was sending the money in a check form as he lost our credit card information and couldn't credit back the card. HE mentioned that the 2% was for not knowing the credit card number as he didn’t have that paperwork. I was asking if we were getting the full amount and he kept talking over me yelling that I WASN'T LISTENING and I had to stop talking and listen to him as he said he was sending me a check. I stated I just wanted to know if I was getting the full amount back. He was shouting about how I wasn't listening and I needed to stop talking so he could explain it and he was sending the full amount back and that my Fiancé didn't know we were getting married and it was his fault and he blamed his secretary for losing the papers then hung up on me.
I was not impressed with how he couldn’t take responsibility for his own actions, he was advising me when it wasn’t his place and tried to take over my wedding planning, said rude comments about the man I am to marry in a few months, and then when we were not under obligation to him he was not the same person he was when he was taking my money. He wrongfully kept my money from me and put up a fight when he was to give it back. He was unorganized and unprofessional the entire time. No one should be treated this way, especially by someone that is supposed to be a professional and states all over the website FRIENDLY services. BE ADVISED TERRIBLE PERSON, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRENDOUS BUSINESS SKILLS.
