Schmidt's Well Drilling & Water Service

Review: We have a cracked pipe that leads from our well into our home. When heavy rain comes, water ends up in our basement. We have been dealing with Schmidt's to resolve this problem since March of 2013. They have told use that their work was guaranteed. They are the original installers of the well and this is only a 8 year old home. They have been out 2 times since March and the problem still exists. We have called many times never hear back from them. With rainy season starting it is imperative that this be taken care of. In addition, we have had to keep putting off a garage and patio project with another construction company as the area where the well pipe leads into the house is in the same spot as the garage addition and the landscaped area of the patio project. There is no reason this should be taking 6 1/2 months (currently and counting) to fix!!!Desired Settlement: To have the job fiisihed and fixed properly by end of September 2013!!!
