They have sent me mail to my current address, called my cell phone, and I have a record of my request. I asked for my statement and contract to be e-mailed to me, then I never heard back from them until I received another letter from them demanding payment. I'm starting to not trust them even more than I didn't already. I would call, but I don't want to be jerked around by them, I need mediation. They obviously have my address and other contact information . . .

I have left messages on the phone number for our customer that was on the Revdex.com complaint on 3-3, 3-10, 3-17. We mailed out the statement on the account and a copy of her contract.
