Warranty tech was sent into to review and fix the problem. Vent was found, fixed and secured. Appeared like the vent had slipped off over time.

Your system would not allow me to reply.  Or see what the response was. We still have been contacted but they never move forward in the process.  Like our wall that is bowed out, they contacted us saying someone will call us but nobody has followed up and called NOR fixed the wall. It is more frustrating because the communication is lost and never followed up.   Not resolved!  Sincerely, [redacted]
