We received a letter in the mail regarding a complaint from a customer by the name of [redacted].    The contract with [redacted] has a monthly fee of $130 beginning April 2017 through October 2017.  This contract includes the following services during this time frame: spring...

cleanup, weekly lawn moving and fall clean up.   Ms. [redacted] cancelled her contract after we mowed her lawn the week of October 9.  She sent a note in the mail thanking us for the service, and letting us know she has decided to use a different service going forward.     Invoice #1876 was issued to Ms. [redacted] for 50% of the services completed in October in the amount of $65.  Ms. [redacted] paid this invoice.     October 2017 -Week of October 2  -Week of October 9   Fall clean up began the week of October 16, 2017 and ran through the end of October.     Since Ms. [redacted] had cancelled her services, we did not perform the balance of her services in October which would have included fall cleanup, and Ms. [redacted] was not invoiced for the balance of her services.     She mentions in her letter that some fall cleanups took place in November.  That is true since some of the customers in her area did not want fall cleanup to take place until all of the leaves had fallen from their trees.  Therefore, we accommodated our customers request to delay fall clean up for some customers until all of the leaves had fallen from the trees.     We strive to provide the highest quality of service to our customers, and we did let Ms [redacted] know that we greatly appreciated the opportunity to maintain her property, and that her business was very important to us.     Please let us know if we can provide any further information.    Regards,    Schneider's Lawn 'N Landscape
