Review: [redacted] gave us an estimate for several repairs to our home, which seemed a bit high but we decided to proceed based on our understanding of the work and with high expectations for the outcome.

On the day he started within a half hour he had identified a condition which required repair and quoted another very high amount.

In less than 2 hours he declared himself complete and asked for payment. My wife complied despite her stated concerns with the workmanship and degree of repair. [redacted] dismissed her comments with “no one will notice”.

Later in the day I returned from work and after seeing the work: poorly executed and not a complete job by any means, I called [redacted]. He dismissed my complaint and hung up the phone. On a subsequent call he agreed to refund $200 to consider the matter closed. Needless to say he never delivered the refund and made a personal threat on his last call. The work has already started to deteriorate.

This person is a cheat, a liar and an extremely poor craftsman. Avoid him at all cost.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to refund $200 in cash as he agreed to.
