When [redacted] signed up for a personal training he was fully aware that it was a 48 week commitment. After having a 3 year membership to the gym [redacted] knew that he would not be able to cancel a 1 year agreement. He did not purchase personal training on the spot after we discussed his options. to figure finances and came back in a couple of days later and eagerly informed us he budgeted out the training. He mentioned how he would come work out in spurts before and then would lose the motivation to come for months at a time. He said having a personal trainer was the answer to help him stay motivated. To make it easier for him we even split his monthly dues to weekly payments. We have left [redacted] 2 voicemails to talk about the different options we have for him concerning his training and have not received a call back. His trainer is super disappointed because he really like training [redacted]. We also have his signature on the sheet of Personal Training that states there are no refunds for personal training packages. A personal training package can be cancelled with payment of a cancellation fee which is 15% of unpaid balance of the package. we can use the last two payments that have been taken out of [redacted]s account towards his 15% if that is what he wishes to do.
