This is a reclining sofa designed and built for comfort with down cushions and it is going to have a relaxed sit and lookThere are no defects in the way it is made. As you can see from the documents we tried to help but *** would not let usShe signed off on all the special order
documents and agreed that the sofa was custom made for her and it would not be returnable

I am rejecting this response because:The problem has not been solved yet, and would like to keep the file open. This needs to be put on hold until the sofa cushions are replaced. per Bob,  "This may take a month or so because they have to order them from there cushion supplier."  and the time to install.

Schoenfeld Interiors and American Leather have reviewed all the details of the complaints [redacted] has described and both American Leather and Schoenfeld Interiors have fond no defects in the product. American leather has delivered hundreds of this same product across the country with the same down cushions and have no service issues.  Mrs. [redacted] does not understanding how a down cushion and a comfort recliner look when sat in and does not understanding that taking out the down and replacing it with none down cushion cores would take care of the issue. We have tried many times to explain this to her and our help has been turned down at every attempt. She has refused our help and has not tried to contact me personally to have us order new cores for the cushions. She did leave a message on our staff phone on the 30th but did not contacted me.  Mrs. [redacted] has been unreasonable from the start and has attempted exclude herself form the responsibility of her contractual agreement. Even though Mrs. [redacted] has made false and unreasonable  claims about Schoenfeld Interiors and ignored all our attempts to help her we are still willing to order at no charge new none down filled cushion cores so her cushions do not relax as much and would show less wrinkles, we made this offer freely from the start of her complaint and in return we have been attacked for no understandable reason.I will give her 7 days to request the new cushion cores, if I do not get an email in that time I will close this service permanently.
