He also enclosed five separate checks.Mr. did his best to comply with all of the regulations regarding the applications. He consulted with a financial advisor. He spoke to one of your representatives. He completed the applications following the instructions of the financial advisor and your representative. However, your company advised that more revisions were needed. Mr. requested that all of the applications and the checks be returned to hint.Mr. verbally instructed Scholars Choice to mail the checks and enrollment information to him in care of ***, his place of business, rather than his home address. He explained that no one is at home during the day. The neighborhood has recently experienced vandalism and theft of mail which has been left in mail boxes. This includes the theft of mail containing checks. The thieves have “washed” the checks and made the checks payable to themselves.The materials to be returned include not only the checks but also the enrollment applications which contain sensitive information, i.e. social security numbers. My client is fearful that the social security numbers will be compromised if his mail is stolen.I am enclosing an authorization form from Mr. authorizing your’ company to return all written documents and the checks to me.I am enclosing a self-addressed stamped containing more than enough sufficient postage for’ you to mail me the checks and the enrollment applications.
