We purchased a house built new by Scholl Homes in There was an apparent leak in the water hose in the wall which since it was a pinhole leak and inside the wall we did not know about it till when the drywall became softThis was repaired but apparently enough moisture had gotten into the wood that we had black mold beginingWe had the entire wood and wall rebuilt and now there is once again the spread of black moldIt is my understanding that another house on this block also built by Scholl Homes also had an issue with black mold
