The installation was completed and the pool "off-level" is well within the NSPI standards of 2". The warranty on the install is for one year, however, the owner of School House Pools has decided to give the customer a new wall, liner, and hardware kit including install and fill up with water
one time in the interest of customer service and satisfaction. We've spoken to the customer and he is happy with this solution

We installed this pool in There were no problems with the liner, the structure or any other part of the pool until the heater began leaking It was found that the alkalinity was so low in the pool it had burned through the heat exchanger This alkalinity imbalance can also
cause a liner to grow and become wrinkled This season, the homeowner complained of the liner coming un-tucked We went and tucked it back in but there is a slight wrinkle under the beading at the top of the liner where it pops into the track I've explained this to the customer and reminded them that the low alkalinity could have stretched the liner and caused the wrinkle, as a very low alkalinity will tend to do This complaint of the pool being unlevel is a new complaint by the customer and I'm having technicians recheck the liner tucking at the top and check the level of the pool It has never looked even slightly off when we've been there and the customer has NEVER complained of it being in any way off level They have complained about the heat exchanger (they had to replace it due to water imbalance which is user error, not our issue or the manufacturers), they complained about the igniter (that their gas company replaced and hooked up wrong which caused it to burn out) and they've complained about the liner coming un-tucked but never about the level Our technicians are checking the liner again and now the level of the pool as well For the record, however, we have sent technicians at least times to check this problem and found a wrinkle, not an untucked liner We have, however, sent people to look at it MrsSteele is completely in saying we have yet to send anyone I have service tickets for the several visits we've made to her home this season for this issue and her heater

As [redacted] points out, we have resolved the complaint.  We are going to pursue a new liner for the [redacted] from the manufacturer in the fall after they have had the chance to enjoy their pool for the remainder of the swim season.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Here is the response to her response for the complaint. We don't trust her anymore so we need to get everything in writing from now on. Please let me know when you get this.Thank you [redacted]Response to “Message from business”Good Morning, I am not in the habit of filing false complaints by no means. I just want the problem fixed.  This has nothing to do with the heater I have no issues with that, its working great.  It was fixed and I thanked Paul G[redacted]. Yesterday, 7-26-16, School House sent 2 “technicians” (Kevin and Josh) to check the pool. I offered Kevin a pair of trunks to go in and check the liner and he said “I don’t have to, I can see it”. They have no idea why the liner is sagging as bad as it is. I tried calling for an hour and a half with no answer and I didn’t even get the answering machine to leave a message. So I called the owner (Fred O[redacted]) of S.H.P. and he said alkaline will affect the liner but “NOT” to the extent as our liner is.  He said he would handle it and someone would contact me the following day, (7-27-16). Miss D[redacted] called the same day and said the pool is unleveled by ¾ of an inch (probably due to settleing, which I agreed) and our water is fine. We discussed either replacing the liner or fixing it this fall. She didn’t want to interrupt our swimming season. I thanked her and the call was ended. If any business, that you deal with would talk to their customers, things can get resolved without taking any action.[redacted]
Regards,
[redacted]
