When shopping on the web site as you move throughout the site, at times I added an item to the cart--it would issue an "error message"-it prompts you to go back to the item, however, it then also empties your cart completely from the items I had spent time shopping for. At one time I had some items in my cart & went to click on the "contact us" tab & it completely emptied my cart.

It is the worst service ever! Next time I will go to a store and purchase the supplies myself!

School Pak is a very unprofessional and negligent organization. They lure schools in by offering their school kits as a fundraiser. They are happy to take the orders and make their money, but their delivery is horrible! On both occasions that we have used School Pak, they did not deliver on time and our students did not have school supplies when school actually started. What a terrible experience for our children and parents!
Additionally, when asked why the kits did not deliver on time, they never take responsibility. They are a group of nice people, but they are very ineffective.
