explaining what happened, apologized and asked him to keep me posted if I could do anything else to help.[redacted] started using Schoolbelles exclusively back in May of 2015. Since all parents were shopping Schoolbelles we offered a discount to all families from May 1, 2015 -August 31st, 2015 to help with the back to school shopping. We then attempt to provide a sale every month including our Annual Winter Sale from Thanksgiving to the first of the year. Every new year Schoolbelles reserves the right to review our prices and we did incur a price increase for 2016. When the customer came into the store we were in the final stages of providing all our stores with our 2016 price signs. We asked all our store managers to remove the 2015 price sheets so customers were not getting incorrect information from our staff. Even though all pricing for 2016 is available in our system and website we were still in the process of providing laminate signs for the sales floor.
All schools do receive a specific school program called our Buying Guide that lists the pricing and uniform options for that specific school. On Saturday January 30th we had not received the signed form indicating no uniform changes from the school allowing us to move forward with the Buying Guide for [redacted]. The Buying Guide lists the starting at price and our boys pants do go up in price as the size goes up. Boys pants have 5 different prices and the first break is 4-7 and then 8-16.
We stand by our products and quality. Schoolbelles offers a Lifetime Guarantee on all our items. If the customer is not satisfied with the product we will replace same size, same color.

Review: On 1/30/2016, my family visited Schoolbelles on Mt. Nebo Rd. We needed to get my son a few items of clothing for school. Schoolbelles is currently the primary provider of [redacted] uniforms. There were NO PRICES to be seen throughout the store. An employee told me that they were in the process of adjusting their process - some would go up, others would go down. They REFUSED to provide me with an accurate price list. I saw the employee had a price list that had a price range for each item. I was told that the item price changed by size. My 2nd grade son (Size 8 boys in pants - hardly the top size available) needed a new pair of pants. We picked these up and a few more items that, from looking at the list, seemed to be reasonably priced. At the counter, the price that was charged was APPROXIMATELY 15 - 20% HIGHER than the TOP PRICE on the sheet. The employee told me that the sheet was from last year... [redacted] JUST STARTED using Schoolbelles in September - 5 months ago. My son's pants are NOT the top size they sell ... HOW is that price so egregiously higher than the price range sheet from September? Also, in September, there was a 25% discount for the school - this sheet was the RETAIL price, NOT the discounted price. Was I completely ripped off by an employee, or does Schoolbelles believe that they can charge outrageous rates to parents who afford private school for their children??? For example, the top price of plain front pants is $22.69 for the TOP SIZE, I was charged $26.25 for a boys' size 8 - how is this reasonable? Also, the employees REFUSED to give me a full price sheet for each item that I could purchase.. this makes me question the ethics of this store and the owner / manager (there WAS a manager there). I believe that I was, to put it bluntly, RIPPED OFF! As a side note, let me mention the quality of the clothes is second rate (especially the sweathers) and the gym clothes stain so easily they have to be replaced frequently!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be charged a FAIR price for my (young, small) child's clothes - comparable to other vendors who have far superior quality for less price. I also would like to know whether I was cheated out of my money by the employees because $49.15 for a pair of khaki pants and a short sleeve polo shirt is OUTRAGEOUS! Just because the parents of [redacted] have been blessed with financial means, does not mean we are willing to burn our money, get ripped off, or want to give it away!!
