They claim to have it on the site and to recite it mys pay $1.00 via debit card or credit card ,. . did so and now have been charged $34.95 for the yearly membership even though I emailed them to cancel within the 5 days after paying the $1.00. Please note that there are numerous complaints filed about them on other sites and there security is an issue per Microsoft security on numerous sites. I wish to have a refund for the $34.95 and was told by Nicki (sp) 5-10 business days. they wasted no time in taking out eh $34.95. I am college student and mother of a child with multiple disabilities and living on $100.00 per week. . I just wanted the book for one of my classes. They had false advertising on their site when you did a search because the book is not on there at all and never was available. It is a total rip off ! I would like my refund plus interest and fees since they put it through as a debit and I am charged for debits .
