To Whom It May Concern, Customer Experience: The customer experienced a lack of communication from Schoolhouse in regard to the replacement of an improperly assembled productSchoolhouse Electric Response: When the customer reached out to Schoolhouse Electric, we immediately began the process of
issuing a replacement for the customerHowever, an internal miscommunication left the customer in the darkUpon receipt of the Revdex.com complaint we immediately reached out to the customer to remedy the mistake and let them know there replacement was on the wayWe gave them a return label for the original product and refunded all of their initial shipping costs, In addition, we offered a gift certificate which the customer did acceptThey placed an order for another fixture on 8/which we shipped to them on September 2ndSchoolhouse Electric has apologized profusely for the communication breakdown regarding the customer's orderIt was never our intention to take advantage of the customer or provide them with faulty productWe were delighted at the opportunity to work with them again after our mistake and to have been able to fulfill their new order so quicklyWe have included our email communication with the customer to hopefully shed better light on the circumstances and solutionsSincerely, Abe M*** Customer Service Manager Schoolhouse Electric and Supply Co
