I'm emailing to address the pricing dispute you had with an order you placed on 2/28/2017 with School House Pizza. It should never have reached this stage. information I'm confused as to why you would write to Revdex.com. I don't know what type of business your in but in the food industry pricing is subject to change without notice as it reads in all take out menus. In this case the price has been the same since 2016. The store has a catering menu on the wall above pizza ovens, with the current pricing and selections as well as carry out paper menus. Both have current menu selections and pricing, which are different than online menu. I'm currently in a dispute with the previous owner to get access to update website. I'm told you were told the total price of your order the day you placed it. Anyone that calls always asks for pricing an order, I'm confident you didn't hang up without asking. I'm further informed that upon picking up the order you were shown the platter and were happy with the size and comfortable that one platter would be sufficient to feed the staff. We had cooked 2 platters of pasta in accordance with the order that was placed. The gentleman that took care of you attempted to work something out with you regards to pricing (discount of some value) but you were adamant that the one platter would be enough. I'm sending a copy of this email, a copy of the catering handout menu, picture of the posted menu in the store to the Revdex.com to try and convince them that there was no malice intended with you or anyone else.
