I have been banking with schools federal credit union since I was a child. As of late I have received less than stellar service. I have finally paid off my car note that I have financed with this institution, and all of my accounts are frozen!
I am currently living in New York and I tried to make a very small purchase and my debit card as well as my credit card declined. I tried to call the institution however they are closed until December 17th! I don't have access to any funds for 6 days. I have bills due, I honestly dont know what I'm supposed to do. This is my only banking institution.
It is unacceptable for them to close their establishment and freeze peoples accounts without prior warning or notification.
