I had seen a doctor for anxietyTeacher's had mailed me a packet about an accident I was in, I was never in an accident so I was confusedI called and told them that I had not been in an accident and they said just to fill out the paperwork saying "no accident" and I didNow, years later, I recieve a letter from collections for over a thousand dollarsTeachers said they never recieved the paperwork and the refuse to pay itThey want "proof" that I mailed out the formsI don't have proof, I don't video record my entire lifeThis is the worst insurance companyPay them every month to have them stick you with a $billHA!
I feel like the Teacher's Health Trust is a big scam! We have been trying for two weeks to get my daughter's medication, and keep getting reason after reason for why it is not approvedIt is impossible to get anyone on the phone with the Teacher's Health Trust, as all they do is put you on holdI have literally been on hold with them everyday this week, for minutes on my lunch, and an hour on my prepI am a teacher, they know my hours, yet are not open when my contracted day is overThey are also not open on weekends, or past 11:on FridaysTheir web site claims that an e-mail response will be given in hours, and That did not happen either! I would mot recommend this company at allIt is expensive to keep coverage, and I'm not even getting the coverage my daughter needs!
