Review: I brought my car to [redacted]. His number is the same but he has moved his business to Rye. The transmission was having serious issues. He charged me $550 in cash to replace some parts and told me that there was still a 30% chance of the transmission being rebuilt. I took the car out for a 30 mile drive to Long Island with my son. I didnt think the car was was going to make it. It was horrible and scarry. The $550 repair was a total scam job. I can get a affidavit from the person who eventually rebuilt the transmission to attest to that. I have copies of the bill etc.
I knew it was a mistake to pay in cash. I want my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund my cash.
