I am writing in regards to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 01/31/In regards to the motor being switched and things being taken off her motor to replace on motor being put back into her car, I removed the injectors and wiring harness from her motor to put on replacement motor that is what needed to be switched in order for the motor to be compatiblethe motor that was used to replace hers was in good running order and was started in my yard on daily basis for it came from my step daughters Malibu that she had wreckedI only had one other individual helping me and he has years of working experience on cars maybe not certified but grew up doing it along with myselfWhen told was no longer working on it it was reguarding at that time needed to drive to get a diagnostic code to pop on so code reader could be attached to see where the issue wasI received no called from her that engine light had come on so I could recheckI also have her work order which states to bring back in miles or less for motor recheck She signed work order the day car was picked up and agreed to all upon it im enclosing a copy of work order In good faith I also let them have her old motor back which I usually charge a core forin no way were her pistons or lifters ever taken out of her motor to be put back into other oneI think she needs to get it all worked out in her own she contradicts self in her statements to you If she is having all these problems still with car why is it being driven on a daily basis still and not brought back to do recheck not even a phone call to say anything from her If you have any questions regarding this complaint further please feel free to contact me @ [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Schott Repair

I have proof on my phone I sent him texts asking to look at car after it was picked up, correction it is NOT driven dailyits broke down 2x since work was done with *** repair, I do have proof of that with professional garageI did not pay *** *** to have someone he states worked on cars all their life, he himself was paid for job, same as other people driving the car to test/see what was wrong with itThey put random miles on it driving it and still had no idea what was wrong with itAs stated before, *** stated he put enough time into it and was not working on it for free anymore, all though, repair bill states $in labor was charged for jobVery clearly, job was not done for free.
