I went through PMI of Boise while renting a home in Meridian IDAside from never being able to get ahold of the property manager, we were also grossly overcharged upon moving outWe lost our entire deposit and were told we owed an additional amountThe house was left in basically the same condition as when we moved in aside from MINOR, very minor, damages

I rented from PMI in and moved out a few motnhs early in I paid an additional month of rent to move out prior to the full year lease (months in)The house in Nampa was absolutely trashed when I moved in but we cleaned it up and hauled off all the garbage except some pallets and paint that was there when we moved in that was left inside and out in the yardThe yard was in horrible shape but we cleaned it all upI just received a bill from them, they kept $in deposit and want and addition $for issues the house had when we moved inThis is a horrible comapany to work withThe negative reviews you see are all correctThey are not a mistake or a *** *** personI would recommend any other property management over this awful companyBeware!

Don't live on their properties on even try to call them they will lie to you if they answer the phone or call you back at all

This company is money hungry and won't allow ample time for everyone to view that had an appointment to viewNegative stars

I spoke with Danyale at PMI on Wednesday prior to submitting my application for a rental homeShe informed me that she would be showing the home on Friday at 8:45am and would need to pay the application fee before being considered and the property was still availableI submitted my application and paid the $feeI sat at the home at 8:45am on Friday 4/7/and waited for minutesI then called Danyale and she told me she cancelled the showing and the home had been rented alreadyI did not receive a phone call to cancel the showing nor was I ever informed that she was already working with someone else to rent the homeIf I had been informed I would have never paid the $fee just to stand in front of a vacant home that was no longer on the marketThis is completely unethical and I want my $back immediatelyI have not only wasted time, but moneyThis business is taking advantage of honest people trying to secure a place to live
