I did meet with *** and he explained that the equipment at the carwash could not be responsible for the scratchesMy car was new and the condition was definitely not preexisting. I cannot prove beyond any doubt that the car wash machinery scratched my car, *** from the carwash was extremely nice and tried to remove the scratches with waxI am not going to approach the car wash again about this, but the condition was definitely not pre existing*** never said pre existing he said because my car is black it is easy to scratch and anything could have scratched but not the car wash machinery
