the new owner did not want to keep the propane tank. I told her that we would pick up the tank as soon as the snow was gone and the roads and driveway were dry. I further explained that the truck used for this task does not do well in snow or mud/soft terrain conditions. Unfortunately the spring weather did not cooperate, sending large amounts of snow to the mountains and later, almost daily rains. I was concerned about getting our truck stuck or causing damage to driveway or area of tank. This was explained to customer on phone calls as placed. Tank was picked up on 5/14/15 and customer was called that day to be informed of progress and that a credit would be issued as soon as product was removed from the tank. The lease rate on the tank was credited and the customer was refunded for the amount of fuel that could be removed from tank. We regret the amount of time that customer had to wait as we strive to give timely service. In this industry involving large trucks (especially in the mountain locations) and fuel, much care has to be given to safety and avoiding potential damage to customers property. We are very much subject to the challenges of mother nature ie; Weather. Please feel free to contact me if further information is required.Scott H[redacted]Schrader Propane Co.970-484-1225970-484-6128 [email protected]
