Mrs *** contacted us on overtime at 5:30pmShe stated she had to have AC because of her dogi dispatched *** to herHer condenser fan motor was bad and it was a motor that we do not stock genericallyInstead of telling her she would have to wait till the next day *** went out of his
way to come back to the office and find her a used motorHe then went back to her home and attempted to put it on but the fan blade off of the bad motor was unable to come offHe came back to the office again and found a used fan bladeHe went back to her home and installed it which got the system runningIt was now almost PMWe charged her MISC labor on OT of $which is out of our flat rate price bookThis repair was never a permanent, it was just to get her cooling for her and her dog that evening at 10pmShe scheduled an estimate with me the ownerWhile I was there she raved at how she appreciated his hard work to get her coolingI gave her several options (5) which ranged from $to over $(I have included the estimate)On the estimate if she purchased from us we would have refunded the $Never during any conversations did she ask if she could get the unit fixed permanentlyShe wanted to replace her systemWhen I followed up with her about the estimate she informed me that she was told that the part we put on was a $part and the other estimates were less than half of what I had given her and that she would never use my company again and hung up the phoneThis would have been the opportunity to address the $Charge instead of going to the Revdex.com.
We did nothing but bend over backwards to get her cooling for her and her dog that late eveningWe did nothing wrong and treated her respectfully and professionallyHowever, I take my rating with the Revdex.com very seriouslyIf I need to refund her money to keep any of this off of my record since we did nothing wrong I will refund it but if it is going to show up on my record I will not refund it.
