on April Friday this towing services was called out to my location due to me hitting a deerThe driver loaded my car onto the flat bed truck and I informed the driver the body shop it was going toI went to pick my rental car and headed to the body I drove around to see if the tow truck was there with my car they was notI called the number and asked the lady if she could tell me where the tow truck was with my car she informed me that they had another car to pick upthe tow trucker never informed me of this has he was loading my car onto the flatbedI saw the tow truck pull in with a white pick up truck on the flatbed and my car was being pulled behindhas the driver was getting out of the truck he was spitting dip and as he informed that there was feei was in shocked because *** *** which is roadside assit told me that they pay up to I asked what the charges was for the driver stated per mile and a hooking fee and other fees on top of thatI was still in shock about this cause nobody inform me nothing about the extra charges till he got to the body shop I called Marcella *** to inform her of the extra charges and she talked to the driver asking him to stay there which she called *** *** to see why we wasnt told of the extra feesthe driver and his female partner got into the tow truck and lefted with my carI called the number I had for the truck compancy the female answer the phone she laughted and said oh no its going to be more the now cause we was refusing to pay the towI informed her that we wasnt refusing to pay the bill we was just wantting to know why we wasnt informed about the extra fees from *** *** or your driverShe laughted again and stated time is money and I asked her what the bill wasShe said she will have to add it upThe tow bill came up I had to pay out of pocket to get my car back to the body shop on top of what *** *** paid which was I have been trying to get a invoice from this compancy for a week so I can try to get some of my money back from my insuranceThey have been giving me around about this and I still havent got the invoice for the tow for my car
