Hello, let me start by mentioning I Sean * C[redacted] NEVER had this conversation with [redacted]. The Boyfriend Mr. [redacted] was the only person on any of the paperwork and My only dealings with [redacted] Were when she came into the dealership on the 16th of July and drove a 2010 Kia Forte on a...

Saturday afternoon........I must add That Mr. [redacted] had this vehicle checked out by his own mechanic and came back and requested struts to be installed due to his mechanic finding one which may have been a weak strut ...I went ahead and replaced two as Mr. [redacted] requested .The work was done by Advantage Tire and Repair. ( They have done almost all of our safeties over the years and are a quite reputable repair shop. )Mr. [redacted] insisted that I get another I&m Certificate due to it being expired by just a few weeks so I did...The 2007 Mini Cooper had a brand new battery in it so DEQ told us we needed to drive it for about 100 miles before it would be able to pass . I then was working with Mr. [redacted] work schedule which only gave me mornings to get with him...My Salesman took the vehicle over to I & M The next day and it still wasn't ready.. At that point I didn't have another salesman to run back and forth to DEQ..I then called Kevin Hewitts auto to have them drive and get it through DEQ Which They did .However the DEQ is Closed on Sat. & Sun. so there was nothing I could do till Monday....... They brought the 07 Mini Cooper back with a I&M slip and we finished up the paperwork and delivered the vehicle to Mr. [redacted].
By the way when Mr. [redacted] came in and demanded I give him his money back or pay for the entire repair or he would Get a Lawyer or attorney and sue me.. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that I would prefer to help him with the repair and costs to try to resolve this matter even though he purchased the vehicle AS-IS ..Mr. [redacted] would have no part of it and said fine and stormed out....In closing I must say after 30 plus years so,so many years and so many happy customers I am still surprised with people who won't accept my help when offered?
We at Schroeder Auto Sales always strive to do the right thing and always will.......The car was in fine working order and his own mechanic stated that or he would not have purchased it....Also If there would have been anything wrong with the vehicle the check engine would be on and you would smell anti-freeze and or see water in the oil and or see fluid on the ground and see your temp light on due to all the gauges on the dash.....This vehicle was in great working order and we ,he or you are welcome to call any of these techs to check on this also ....PS.Trish @Advantage Tire and Repair # 541-618-8667......Or Kevin H[redacted]  541-245-6280...And Mr.[redacted] will have to give you his mechanic's number I think it was Miller Automotive but I am not sure..
