I should have been notifies prior to the order being submitted Disappointed but I went ahead with the sofa to save on timeFinally at,the end of April, all of my furniture was deliveredI ordered all white distressed pine furniture for the entire houseMuch to my disappointment yet again, the bed was ordered wrong and a different wood was deliveredI was told the proper one would be orderedA month passed, now the end of May, and I had heard nothing from your storeWhen I called to follow up, I was told Schroeder furniture has not ordered my furniture as you were waiting to place a stock order to save on shipping chargesReally? I have had a very successful career in sales for over ten years and when a business makes an error, they do everything possible to rectify the situation and solve the problem right away for the customer, regardless of a few dollarsFinally I called back a few weeks after that call and was told my bed was fit going to be deliveredThis was the first week of July! It took just over three months for this entire processI am the type of customer a business would love as I paid percent cash and there were no credit cars transactionsI had to leave my job early twice for your mistakeI could very easily had purchased everything with the exception of the sofa from *** as they even offered to match your priceEvery piece was identicalI chose local and that was clearly a mistakeThere was never any follow up on your side to make me aware of what was going on with my orderI submitted this email online and there was not even a replyI have since read your reviews online and can see I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with your businessSchroeder Furniture is all about making a profit and not customer relationsCustomer relations is what builds a businessI will no longer make any purchases and will discourage all of my friends and neighbors to avoid your store
