Buying from this builder is the worst experience I've ever had in my 33years of life. Had to push back closing date 3 different times, to be able to keep our loan had to close on a unfinished townhouse and do a side contract. He was a liar, very untrustworthy, and did I mention sucks at finishing anything. We are 6 months into our place and I had to finish the side contract myself. Please take caution when going to deal with this man. We are not the only ones that have gotten screwed over by this man there are many of us on this block that have, but we were just dumb enough to think it won't happen to us.
