Water lining the walls, wet carpet, mold and bloody noses, serious breathing problems on 4 medications for breathing, I reported 3 weeks ago, the neighbors have black mold up thier wall in the bedroom and all they do is paint over it and it comes right back.. they tell them to move out. Do no expert inspection or cleanup here and just told me I can move without a 30 day notice! They know these places have mold problems and they try to tell us to move out instead of fixing it before its a bigger problem is insane!
Also brown in the water, roaches alot alot, and not fixing what else they know needs to be done like tiles popping up. Health department is too lienient on these people. Mold is serious and supervisor never calls back. Terrible regretful. They better hope I don't get worse, but apparently they don't care about thier mold getting worse instead of testing it. Zero response from supervisors this time and before was confrontational, hostile, disrespectful by tammy cyan, zero response from paul, Asia has zero apology and rarely responds.

We were painting the entire bldg and carports. On that day we were painting carports. ALL residents were given a notice "48 hours in advance to move their vehicles on said day from the carports due to painting the carports and facia repairs. All the residents complied but him.
