What business is WCA in?? The only the Waste Management Company in Houston inPlease reley if other and what was the $for???

We never call anybody prior to 8:A.M or after 5:P.Min their time zone. We are not here prior or after those times. So right away it is very obvious Ms*** is lying. We called their phone numbers on different occasions starting from 1-17-through 9-2017.
That averages to less than call per month. When we called on 9/20/Ms *** called back times from 8:to 12:51. When she called I explained that until I hear from my client I would not be able to stop the collection process. She called me a *** *** and a *** *** among many other expletives which is why I had to end the call. About 75% of the people we talk to tell us they don't owe the bill with about 1% of them being truthful. So we always refer them back to the original creditor if they don't have a receipt number or check number. Ms*** never called the Joplin Police Department or we would have gotten a visit. So I think we are up to lies at least at this point. On 12-4-Ms *** called at least times again verbally abusing me. *** *** has a balance in my office now that she actually called the original creditor and they reported as such. We will not be paying anything to Ms*** and if anybody deserves an apology letter it would be my employees and myself. I would be happy to provide the recordings of all her tirades

We spoke to Mrs [redacted] on June 13th around 9:07 A.M. She authorized us to debit her debit card for 54.00 on 6-20-16 and authorized a future debit of 296.26 on 6-30-16, to pay off her account so we could stop the process of it hitting her...

credit. She told my collector that they had 54 acres of wheat that was getting ready to be harvested and that is why such a large second payment. She did have a small child with her that you could hear on the phone call. I have listened to this recording and have a copy of it too. We also sent a reminder letter that we would be taking out the 296.26 to her home address on 6-16-16. We send out our reminder letters 2 weeks prior to taking out the money, that is why we were unable to send her one for the 50.00 because the payment was coming out in less than a week. I spoke to my wife and said that she would call when it was cut it wasn't cut at the time of the with draw. She also said she would call when it was cut but the main thing is we done with it never going to have to deal with the business again.
