Good afternoon [redacted] To reiterate, to promote the growth of the seed we put irrigation on the property at no charge to Ms [redacted] .The lawn is doing well and is ahead of schedule It takes time for seed to create and establish itself as a beautiful lush lawn.The association had a weed and feed lawn application this weekWe also put fertilizer on it the beginning of spring this yearI believe but not certain that association did a pre-emergent and fertilizer in the spring of this year.We left lawn seed, we fertilized, we put in irrigation, we have done all we can do to promote the lawn Now it is time for the association and the homeowner to take care of the lawn.Thank you, [redacted] Schrom
