I have contacted this company over and over to come out to fix the stuff they installed. He even got a letter from a lawyer. He will not come out.I paid this company over $25,000 to tile 2 bathrooms, put a walk in tube, put a floor in, put a fence up, and put a 8X8 shed up. The tile in both bathrooms are cracking, tub is pulling away from the wall. Floor is coming up, floor in kichen is coming up, fence is not firm, shed is cracking and the 2X4 does not meet. He put extra wood to hide where he cut wrong. He came out when my son was here and got very nasty to him calling him names. He told my son that he would come out and fix everything at his expense but that was 2 months ago. I want to know what to do next.Desired SettlementI want a refund of my money that was paid to this company since I went into this in good faith.
