Review: Received estimate for vinyl lattice to enclose underneath deck. Paid 50% down ($850). Did not attempt to complete work, refuses to answer numerous phone calls, emails and texts. The estimate was given on 10/3/2013 as was the money.Desired Settlement: Please get our $850 returned
