I am rejecting this response because:
With regard to the response to Schuco. Yes they said that they would pay for the defective windows. I sent them a new estimate without the cost of installation and they turned it down. Reason being the company that I am purchasing the windows happens to be [redacted] are comparable to Schuco windows. With [redacted] windows you have to use [redacted] capping and [redacted] Silicone. Schuco told me no they won’t cover the capping and the silicone. This is necessary for the install. So I called the installer and he told me to take another two to three hundred off of the estimate that I sent her. She still was not nice to me and told me to get another estimate, which I told her why should have to go through this again when this guy was the least expensive. So I am in the process getting another estimate direct from [redacted] which is going to be more money. She does not want to work with me, even though I am trying to work with her. The installation was done by her people originally when the windows were bought, and they are no longer in business. That should not be my responsibility, they worked for her and the company that sold me Schuco windows. Thank you [redacted] for you response and I hope to hear from you soon. [redacted].
