I first made contact with the owner operator on Sunday March 15th during a blizzard and he came to my residence and efficiently cleared my drive and walkway.
Had to call him again on Wednesday for the next blizzard and true to his word he showed up to help get me out- unfortunately some inconsiderate driver left his auto in a very poor location and Michael could not efficiently do his work but again promised to return on Thursday to clean up the property.
A man of his word and fair to deal with.
